this photos has the feel of the roman/Greek old masters paintings to it, the light is soft lots of dark tones great musucl definitions the only thing its missing is a epic background, i also find interesting that you found a way to bring a certain amount of feminine quality to this photos even though he is more then enough masculine i believe you pulled of a true androgynous feel to the gender of the image.
